Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Readr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years of age.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you publish. By publishing, you grant Readr a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your work on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not post infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content; spam the community; engage in price manipulation; or attempt to bypass platform fees.

Payments & Fees

Platform fees are deducted transparently at sale or completion. All earnings are subject to applicable taxes. Payouts are processed via supported local and international methods.

Reader Services

Readers are independent contractors, not employees of Readr. Requests are between the actor/director and the reader, with Readr facilitating connection and payment.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Readr provides the platform "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes

Disputes between users should be resolved amicably. If unresolved, both parties may open a support ticket for mediation.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
