Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, maintain quality standards, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Buyers must provide accurate delivery information, make timely payments, and conduct themselves in a respectful manner when interacting with sellers.

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Sellers may be subject to transaction fees as outlined in their pricing plan.

7. Dispute Resolution

FoodOne provides a dispute resolution process for conflicts between buyers and sellers. Our team will mediate in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

FoodOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
