Founders warrant that all information submitted is accurate and that they have the right to seek funding for their project. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

4. Investor Obligations

Investors agree to conduct their own due diligence before making investment decisions. Bridge Afrika facilitates connections but does not guarantee investment outcomes.

5. Fees

Bridge Afrika charges a success fee only upon successful funding. Current rates are disclosed during the onboarding process and are subject to change with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your project materials. By submitting, you grant Bridge Afrika the right to display your project on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bridge Afrika acts as a matching platform and is not liable for any investment outcomes, missed opportunities, or disputes between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
