Ordering & Delivery
Simply search for your medicine, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Upload your prescription if the medicine is prescription-only, then choose your payment method and delivery or pickup option.
We partner with reliable logistics providers to deliver to your doorstep. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. You can also choose to pick up from a partner pharmacy near you.
Delivery is free on orders above the free-delivery threshold set by each pharmacy. Otherwise a small delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Yes, we offer pay-on-delivery in select locations. You can also pay online via card, bank transfer, or USSD.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Prescriptions & Consultations
For prescription-only medicines, you will be prompted to upload a clear photo or PDF of a valid prescription from a licensed doctor during checkout. Our pharmacists review it before fulfilment.
Yes! You can book a video or voice consultation with verified doctors through our platform. After the consultation, the doctor can issue a prescription directly to your account.
Go to a doctor's profile or the Book Consultation page, choose a date and time, describe your symptoms, and confirm. You will receive a meeting link for online consultations.
Yes. Every doctor, pharmacist, and pharmacy on EasyMed goes through a verification process. You can confirm any provider using our Verify a Provider tool.
Account, Safety & Trust
Yes! All pharmacies on EasyMed are licensed and verified. You can also verify product authenticity using the code on the product packaging in our Verify Product tool.
Open Verify Product, enter the unique code printed on the packaging, and we will tell you whether the item is genuine and show its batch and expiry details.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your health information is private, shared only with providers you choose, and never sold.
Register as a pharmacy, doctor, or pharmacist, provide your license details, and once verified you can start offering your services or listing medicines.
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. We will send you instructions to reset your password securely.
